| 1. | Select the piece or pieces you wish to order. |
| 2. | If you require something other than our standard items, please have details of size, design and finish ready for quotation. |
| 3. | Choose the colour of finish required. If a colour match in needed, please send a photograph or have with you a door or drawer front sample. |
| 4. | A deposit of 25% is required. All cheques made payable to ‘Oakwood Traditional Furniture’. |
| 5. | Confirmation of order, receipt for the deposit and a delivery date will be sent within 7 days. |
| 6. | Actual delivery times will be made 3 - 7 days prior to delivery. |
| 7. | Additional pieces can be added to original order at a later stage if required and delivered with original order. |

Notes

| 1. | Payment terms: A deposit of 25% is required on all standard pieces ordered. A higher deposit maybe required if ordering special commissions. If on completion of the order, by authorisation of the customer, delivery is to be delayed, payment must be made in full to complete the outstanding balance of the order. |
| 2. | Delivery: All deliveries are conducted within 10-16 weeks of placement of order, depending on size and specification, smaller pieces are generally delivered within a 4-6 week period. |
| 3. | Delivery Charges: All deliveries are quoted for separately by request. It is a none profit scheme that Oakwood employs to enable our customers to get the most cost effective way of receiving their goods in perfect condition. All deliveries are made within the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Customers may request a delivery outside these times, an extra charge will be incurred. |
| 4. | Special Requirements: The furniture illustrated on our web site is our standard range, made in many sizes and finishes. If the size of any standard piece does not match your requirements, Oakwood can build to your specified sizes. Other pieces, using alternative designs can also be made to your specification if you so require. More information is available upon request. |
| 5. | Colour Matching: This service is available on all pieces. More information upon request. |
| 6. | Upholstered Chairs: All chairs are upholstered to calico, ready for the final top fabric to be applied. Oakwood can arrange for this to be done at no extra cost once the customer has supplied the fabric (subject to compliance with current Fire Safety regulations). |
| 7. | Terms & Conditions: Oakwood reserve the right to alter styles and prices without prior notice. All pieces are made in oak with the exception of the range of ‘CB’ chairs which are made out of ash and/or elm according to traditional designs. All pieces ordered remain the property of Oakwood until the full balance outstanding has been paid. |
